The Threshold (1993)
This album contains five musical excursions into deeper states of consciousness. You lift-off and drift like a balloon aloft in a soft, ethereal sky, floating on a choir of voices across the threshold - exploring limitless space.

As the album cover shows, they say that upon this threshold between worlds dwells the awesome sight of the archetypal lower nature - all fused into one glorious, golden personality. This 'Dweller' symbolically represents all that we are in the world.

The musical journey on The Threshold is about lifting our conscious awareness above and beyond our daily mundane reality and to focus awareness on the higher and deeper parts of our beingness.

These inspiring tracks are excerpts taken from the music commissioned for Jan Poole and her 'Light Within' series of three healing, visualisation albums. The pieces were designed around specific visions and imagery which are reflected in the music.

All tracks that have a rhythm are paced at 60 beats per minute.
